Purchased when Liberty Village was still an industrial node isolated from downtown Toronto, 107 Atlantic is fully refurbished, featuring 30,000 square feet of office and restaurant space. Originally a single-tenant building, the refurbishment was centered around staying true to the character of the original brick and beam structure. The original freight elevator was modernized but kept largely intact. A passenger elevator was added into a newly integrated lobby featuring artwork by Canadian artist Katharine Harvey. Once the ground floor restaurant The Craft opened its doors, 107 Atlantic Avenue had been fully re-imagined into a multi-tenant building, complementing the bustling Liberty Village neighbourhood.
